Refund / Cancellation Policy

This page explains how cancellation and refund handling works for WPZora Live Indexer subscriptions.

Subscription Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of their subscription. Cancellation generally stops future recurring billing but does not automatically create a refund for amounts already charged unless we approve it.

Trial and First Billing

Trial offers and recurring billing terms are shown during checkout. Customers are responsible for reviewing those terms before completing payment.

Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may refuse refunds for completed billing periods, account misuse, abuse, or where the customer has already received access and service delivery.

Access After Cancellation

Access may be disabled after subscription cancellation, failed payment, suspension, or account deactivation under platform rules.
